What Causes Hard Lump On The Leg Post Injury?

I recently hit the inside of my right leg on a sharp fence. There was tear or scrape of the skin. Immediate bruise about 3 inches in diameter with dark ring. Now there is hard lump in the center of bruise. The bruise is fading and the ring remains, what is the hard lump under the skin? Thank you very much.

hello,
welcome to HCM,
i think it is a hematoma formation there.you should take NSAID ,hot ans cold compress,rest for it.
if still persists,consult a surgeon.
