What Causes Hard, Itchy And Sore Nipples?

My nipples have been hard itchy and sore everyday this month since my last period. The only time this has happened was when I was pregnant with my son...I m pretty nervous due to the fact that im pretty sure I m not pregnant and this is the first time it has happened since I have had my son 4 years ago

Sore nipples, can be due to Mastitis. You might has mastitis during your pregnancy as this is common during pregnancy and breast feeding

You need to go to a gynec doctor to get this checked immediately. Treated b oral antibiotics.

These symptoms can also occur due to hormonal variation or wearing tight bras.
