What Causes Hallucinations While On Tramadol, Klonopin And Remorin?

My Dad is 98. His health has been fair until now. He has recently started having hallucinations. He takes Tramadol for hip pain ( He had a partial replacement), Klonopin for anxiety and remorin in the evening. I do not know what type of doctor to take him to--Neurologist, geriatric specialist or someone else. This happened so suddenly. Can you help me?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Both Tramadol and Klonopin have hallucinations as side effect. So I would suggest you take him to the doctor who started these medications. He could probably guide you on this better or might change the current meds. Thank you.
