What Causes Hallucinations In An Elderly Person While On Cymbalta?
My mother is 82 years old and has arthritis and was recently prescribed Cymbalta for pain. She has recently started having hallucinations and thinks travelers (little dark skinned people) are coming into her home and rearranging clothing and other items. They ve also been chasing her around the house and are trying to hurt her. Do you think the Cymbalta may be causing the hallucinations?

Hallucination can be a side effect of Duloxetine but this is not a common side effect.
