What Causes Hallucinations After A Total Tracheostomy?

My uncle told s in the hospital for a total tracheostomy he done well through 13. 1/2 hr surgery.... he came to very combative. We are going on 11 days of post opt. He is still very agitated hallucinations are horrible. He had a light heart attack 1 week ago. (today) they have him on geadon adivan and Haldol and he is still flipping out. These are all MEDS he normally does not take and didn t start all this till they started giving them to him. Med history..... 7 stints in his heart from blockages and heartaatacks Diabetic Noropathy Kidney failure Vascular desease in legs ......I think that s it any sugestions

* As per my surgical experience, it is the side effects of Ziprasidone ( Geadon),which is giving hallucinations.

* Has to be discussed with the consultant regarding the same and further dosage adjustments is mandatory to recover early.
