What Causes Hair Fall From The Edges Of The Scalp?

Hi, I am having alopecia for two months with one scalp and hair is falling at the edges of the scalp even after taking tricort injection twice on the edges.I am also using betnesol tables for a week now but nothing seems to improve. The second injection was taken a week back..why is hair still falling vividly around the edges of the scalp alone.

it is androgenic alocasia. hormonal imbalance causes this problem. steroid treatment is not recomanded or help. indue course of time it may stop by it self.
