What Causes Grinding Feeling In Hip After Hip Replacement?

Hi, I m a 41 year old female, that had a car accident at 22 years old. I fractured my hip and had 11 screws and two plates put in. About five years ago, I had to have a hip replacement. Just recently, I have been noticing a grinding feeling in my hip. Should I be concerned ? What are the possible causes?
