What Causes Green/yellow Diarrhea And Blood In Stool?

Ive been experiencing green/yellow diarrhea for the past week, ive already had digestive problems in 2014, the symptoms seemed to have disappeared but are now back. Sometimes after i poop there is blood or poop stuck to my anus no matter how many times i wipe. I aslo start to sweat from my butt crack whenever i feel the need to pass a stool. Can anyone help ?!? Should i consult a gastroenterologist?

the symptoms appear tobe dysentry. mantain hydration. get stool examined. can take entemezol for 5days. inthe meantime after getting stool examination report you can review the treatment.
