What Causes Green Stool In A Child When Diagnosed With Abdominal Pain?

My 6 year old daughter has been complaining of a stomach ache and headache for a little bit. Today she asked for help in the bathroom and I noticed as I was wiping, her stool was really green and there was a fair amount of green mucus. She has not eaten green leafy veggies and she is not on any vitamins or supplements. What could cause the mucus and should I get her to the Dr.?

* Must consult her pediatrician to get basic lab test of stool examination
and further management with proper antibiotics , pro biotics , anti
spasmodic drugs to control it .
