Since having an appendectomy 7 weeks ago, My surgeon wanted me to take milk of mag. I took it for several weeks and especially when I would have trouble going. A few days after surgery my bowl movement was loose green with the consistancy of turnip greens. ( sorry ) . Now, my bowels are like water at times and it is a green color almost all the time. What could be causing this. I am on a low carb diet and really dont eat alot of green vegetables.
