What Causes Giraffe Skin Like Spots On Body?

I just picked up my granddaughter from daycare, and she has been crying for about 5 min, until I could get her out of the car seat. She's not usually like this and so I went to change her diaper and her legs look like giraffe skin splotches. Is this something to be concerned with?

Hi,

Thanks for writing to health care magic.
I can understand your concern.

One of the reasons could be skin allergy. There could be several causes. It is very difficult to comment based on the question asked by you without a physical examination. You should consult your doctor at the earliest for a complete physical examination. Your doctor may order certain investigations based on the physical examination findings. Further management depends on the diagnosis made. So consult your doctor for a examination to identify the cause.
Continue to ask further queries as required.
Hope this helps.
Take care.
