What Causes Gastric Build Up Under My Sternum?
For a few years i have been having gastric build up under my sternum and when it builds up enough it causes pain if i press in the location you can hear it pop and pain goes away for a short time then come back again. Also any time i drink water my chest feels heavy. should i be concerned about this being serious?

The possible reason here may be
- Gastric problem
- Gallbladder disorder
- Intestine motility-related problem
- Reflux of stomach acid from various reasons.
I suggest to get examined with a physician and get an ultrasound of the
abdomen & pelvis done.
