General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

O believe it is too early for teething. He is having less symptoms and can't be said what can it be just keep him under observations. Measures his body temperature often. There is a possibility of having viral infection.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
