Hello,

Nothing to worry about the slow coming of semen. that could happen and there is nothing to worry. Fishy, rotten, or foul-smelling semen isn't normal. If the smell persists, it could be a sign of a sexually transmitted infection (STI) or other underlying condition, such as: Trichomoniasis. This bacterial infection can cause itching and burning, as well as smelly penile discharge. Talk to your urologist.
Hope I have answered your query. You can contact me for treatment options. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
