What Causes Fullness In Ear Post Mild Head Injury?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
There must have been some injury.
If you have not had any bleeding from the ear I would not worry too much.
I would however like that you should have your ear examined just to be sure.
But it sounds like nothing serious or anything to worry about.
You should most likely be okay in a week or two at the most.
