What Causes Frequent Vomiting During 13 Weeks Of Pregnancy?
I am 13 weeks pregnant and have been having issues keeping food down. I threw up grass green liquid (I have not ate or drank anything green). My stomach is very uncomfortable and I still feel like I need to throw up. my stomach is in mild pain. Should I go to the ER?

see nausea and vomiting are common in the earlier period of pregnancy i.e. the 1st trimester and also early in the 2nd trimester....
but what you threw up was mostly bile....and you have said that you throw up frequently.....
i would suggest you to go to a GYNAECOLOGIST....
it can be symptoms of hyperemesis gravidarum or maybe even reflux disorder...
