Hi, I'm in the Caribbean for work. Over the past few days I have been urinating more than usual although drinking the same amount of fluid as I always do. The urine is completely clear and doesn't have a dark color or smell. This morning I woke up with a chesty couch and as the day has gone on my joints, legs in particular have been very sore. I have got a head ache above the eyes too and I feel very weak. I am an airline pilot and had to be stood down at work earlier this afternoon. I am going from being far too hot to far too cold.
