What Causes Frequent Urination?

I am walking up Ben Nevis in June, I have fibromyalgia so I need to pee a lot! We walked up Snowdon last year, and as there is a cafe at the top I was OK. I have bought a whizz to try, but wondered if there was something I can take for that one day that would reduce the need to urinate. I so want to do this walk, but, I am worried about the number of times I will need to go.
