I have been having migraines an two large lumps an one smaller on my head!!! Nothing in catscan! Seeing surgeon tomorrow! Also I am wettin my pants without even feeling like I have to go to the bathroom! 45 single mom had a colostomy bag two years ago when my obgyn had sliced my colon!

For that you should go for fine needle aspiration cytology or biopsy of that lump. It will give you exact diagnosis. Then you should take treatment accordingly.
For urination problem you need examination. You may have have neural problem. SO it leads to loss of sensation and you urinate without any prior feeling of urination. Consult your neurologist and go for examination.
