What Causes Frequent Urination With Loose Stool And Constipation?

For the past two weeks at the most I have been urinating constantly but its not everyday though...my appetite one minute I m extra hungry and can eat 5 times back to back next minute I m pushing my plate away. My bowels are coming out liquid and now I m constipated. I haven t yet got my period it was due today. Can you give me an idea of what might be going on?

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of constant urination, had loose watery stool in past but constipated at the moment, change in appetite and willingness to eat, did not get periods which was due today, wants an idea as to what is going on....
Such a problem can come in gastroenteritis or colitis along with UTI that is urinary tract infection.
I would advise you the following:
Send the sample of urine for routine, microscopy, culture and sensitivity.
Ultrasound of abdomen.
A course of an antibiotic, metronidazole, probiotics.
See the results within 5 day as there should be complete cure.
If not consult a Gastroenterologist for further clinical evaluation and investigations as may be needed.
Further antibiotics as per the reports of the investigations to get a complete cure.
