What Causes Frequent Urination, Vaginal Odour And Abdominal Pain?

Hello. I am a 28/ F. I went to the doctor a few months ago. My pap smear came back negative but my uterus is enlarged. I feel bloated and have frequent urination. Now, I feel a burning sensation like heart burn in my uterus. I pressed down on my uterus and feel a discomfort pain. Unsure what this could be. I do not have an odor discharge or burning. Everything seems normal except for the burning sensation.

1. Firstly consult a Gynecologist regarding enlarged uterus (at this early age) who will do a P.S. & P.V. Examination to look for any patholgy and might ask for ultrasonography.

2. If her examination and investigation are normal, seek an opinion of Urologist for burning sensation of urine or ask for urine culture.

3. Plenty of fluids and Water.
. Higher Antibiotics (Cephalosporins) or depending upon urine culture report.
