General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms are typical of urinary tract infection and associated orchitis. A urine culture is required to look for any pathogens in the urine and to chose appropriate antibiotics. Most cases respond well to antibiotics. An ultrasound abdomen and scrotum is also required.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
