What Causes Frequent Urination At The Age Of 30?

I am a 30 year old male and lately I have been peeing a lot more than usual. I mind what I eat and I am generally in good physical shape. Over the last 4 days, i've been peeing almost twice an hour (though that reduces a bit at night). No pain or smell, and I practice safe sex - and it is not due to any sort of lifestyle change really. I seem to be consuming as much water as I usually intake. Im stumped!

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As per the description, infection does not seem to be the issue here. So, calculus in urinary system or systemic issue of diabetes or others can be considered as prime concern.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
