What Causes Frequent Urination Along With Urinary Incontinence?

hi my name is pooh and I use the restroom 6-7 times a day but if I don t go when I get the urge or 5 minutes later by the time I get to the restroom and unbutton my clothes I have had an accident....its been going on pretty regular should I consult my physician ?
