What Causes Frequent Urination Along With Stomach Cramps?

Dr.,I need to urinate often.If I drink any liquid, I will need to pee in approximately 15 min. My bigger concern is when I feel the need to pee, if I wait, I get a cramping pain 1 inch inside of my right hip,approximately 5 inches top to bottom. This cramping pain increases until I m in extreme pain, even sweating in agony until it subsides. The pain is so bad it drops me to the ground. EXCRUCIATING PAIN. Then it slowly subsides. Do you know what this may be.? Thank you for your help, Doug.

Thanks for posting your query on HCM
The symptoms you describe are in favor of a urinary tract infection.I will advise you see the Doctor for examination and a urinalysis.Depending on the findings on the urinalysis, you may need a course of antibiotics to get over the problem.In the meantime, i will advise you take pain/anti-inflammatory medications like ibuprofen.If pains too intense, IV pain and anti-spasmodic medications may help.While on treatment and when the pain subsides, i will encourage you take enough water.
