Hi,

Recurrent swelling of lip is most commonly caused by a condition called angioedema. Usually these are transient and responds to antihistamines for few days.

As this has lasted for over a month, and recurring on stoping treatment, we have to look for any underlying cause. Kindly see a dermatologist for evaluation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
