What Causes Frequent Spitting Up In A One Month Old Baby?

My son is one month old and last week he started spitting up large amounts about once a day. Now he is doing it 4-5 times a day. I'm not sure if it is spit up or throw up. When he does it he gags and dry heaves and it smells like throw up. I talked to the pediatrician last week and they didnt think there was anything wrong but it worries me. He doesn't cry or act upset by it but it is just so much it scares me.

Hallo . Thank you for asking this question .Some time spitting is due to over feeding as you will get worry that he has vomited out everything . Get his weight checked , if he is gaining normally then nothing to worry . 2nd thing watch his urine out put if it is normal that means he is getting the require amount . Hope I have answered your query . For further questions please contact .
