What Causes Frequent Semi Solid To Liquid Stool?

I do go 3 to 4 times daily for toilet. This is been since last few years. When i do go first time the stool is quite semisolid. But as the frequency increases it becomes complete liquid with mucous. I have taken treatment many times. It cures for some day only and then it again starts. i dont know wht should i do. Plz give me some suggestion.

Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to irritable bowel syndrome.

I recommend using over the counter option like Imodium in case of diarrhea.

I also recommend using daily probiotics.

As per your diet, I suggest a plain diet.

Avoid caffeinated drinks and spicy food.
