What Causes Frequent Loose Stools During The Day?

Most days upon awakening (around 8a) I have a regular bowel movement. In two to three hours, I will have another which is loose & somewhat watery. It may happen again in a couple of hours. it doesn t matter if I have eaten or had coffee. It s been happening for several months.
