Hello dear,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com. Migraine is an episodic headache, which is associated with nausea,photophobia/phonophobia(headache increases on exposure to bright light and sound, respectively),visual aura(seeing flashing zig-zag lights) and associated with trigger factors like stress, sunlight, smoking, alcohol and food items like cheese, coffee, tea or any other food item.Hunger is probably acting as a trigger factor for your headache. This hunger associated with nausea and lack of feeling of satiety, can also be a type of aura associated with migraine.
Please take a trial of anti-migraine medicines. Please discuss with your physician.I hope it helps.
