Hello,

Blood pressure can change very quickly especially if the patient is having a distress or something affecting her. It there is emotional changes or worries, or if there are physical symptoms that concern the patient, this might cause hormone release in the body and affect the blood pressure.
Having the headache for almost all day might be a reason for her to be physically stressed and might affect the blood pressure. On the other hand it is not normal to have headaches lasting more then 3 days.
Your wife needs to first have a check and find out the cause of the headache as this seems quite abnormal. She will need a thorough examination and probably some blood tests like CBC, ERS, TSH, FT4, lipids, sugar levels, ALT, AST, creatinin, electrolytes, she might need scans to rule out brain lesions as well and EKG and a heart ultrasound.

After these examinations the doctor might be able to have a better standing of the cause of the headache and blood pressure fluctuations.

I hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
