General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for the query. I understand your concern.
Considering his past medical history- His symptoms can be -
- Due to inadequate oxygen supply, while doing extra work,
- His diabetes needs to be investigated in detail.. raised blood sugar can present with such symptoms,
- Psychological stress/ fear.. which needs counseling.
So, he needs to be totally reassessed physically as well as psychologically. Please consult his doctor .
Thanks.
I find this answer helpful
