What Causes Frequent Dizziness, Headache And Numb Hand?

Hello, lately I been having some dizziness (like when you get up to fast) but every time it happens I m most of the time laying down , also been having light but really annoying headaches, my left arm hand , fingers and face feels numb sometimes too... Am I sick or what is wrong with me?

After the fourth or fifth decade of life, those symptoms may be linked to transient ischemic attack and in such cases, evaluation by a Neurologist is necessary.

In young people these symptoms generally are not linked to any specific conditions, fatigue, stress, unhealthy lifestyle may be some of the reasons.
