Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The most common possible reason for frequent chocking in food pipe is
narrowing of the lumen of food pipe due to various reasons.

I recommend taking a barium examination for the esophagus, gastroesophageal junction for the final diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
