General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

She is suffering from acute diarrhea condition. Usually, viral gastroenteritis is the cause of diarrhea in infant or child especially Rotavirus. Symptomatic management is done for that.

Frequent water should be taken to maintain hydration. ORS can be given to replenish lost electrolyte.

Stool routine micro examination is advisable to check any parasite egg, pus cells or bacteria if present.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
