What Causes Frequent And Uncontrollable Urine?

I am a female, 47 and in the last couple monthes I have wet the bed twice. I wake up as soon as it starts but not before it actually gets on the bed. I get up several times to go to the restroom so it surprises me that this is happening. I actually got up at 2:00 am and went to the store to buy a g blood tester to see if my sugar was high, it was only 90.
