What Causes Foul Smelling Urine During Pregnancy?

i am 23 weeks pregnant with twins and notice my urine smells strong i am drinking water and have had excuse the incorrect spelling cholistisis with first pregnancy 10 yrs ago though didnt have with 2nd pregnancy 8 yrs ago no itching with skin and no burning or dragging feeling with urine feel well but urine strong smell something new wondering if should be concerned

Hi, I have gone through your question. Strongly smelling urine is suggestive of urinary tract infection. Burning sensation and dragging feeling in urine are associated symptoms, but they are not always present.
I would suggest you to get your urine tests done including urine routine and microscopy, urine culture and sensitivity and then get treated accordingly.
