What Causes Foul Smelling Urine After A Hysterectomy?
I had a hysterectomy back in December and since when are you urine my pee smells I m also taking Phentermine to help lose weight didn t know if that had anything to do with it or if it was from the hysterectomy can you please answer this for me on why my urine smells

1. Bacterial vaginosis - an infection of vagina
2. urinary tract infection
3. dehydration
4. certain medication but phentermine does not cause bad smell of urine
Advise
1. Routine examination of urine
2. Culture and sensitivity of urine
3. You may stop phentermine as it won't help you in losing weight. It is addictive also if you use it for long time.
4. Contact your gynecologist for further check up
