What Causes Foul Smelling Urination?

i don t have any pain or burning sensation or pee little bit , i pee normal, no pain no where and no burning sensation , the only thing i see abnormal is the smell, every time i pee smells so bad , i thought came from my vagina but i check and is not , so i check my urine and i found out that is the one smells real bad. what can i do?

Thanks for asking on healthcaremagic. From your symptoms it seems that you might be harbouring a mild urinary tract infection. But to arrive any conclusive diagnosis it is of utmost importance to get yourself tested for urine routine microscopy. If that turns out to be normal then you might be having a vulval infection due to bacteria or candidiasis. In that case you must start using an anti fungal powder down there like candid powder and keep the area dry. Wear comfortable loose fitting clothes and keep the area dry.
