General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the foul smelling stool with red rashes on buttocks in a child may be part of deficiency of vitamin B3 Niacin, zinc or else. However, a clinical examination with supportive lab data are needed to find possible cause and manage accordingly.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
