What causes foul smelling body odor?

I had a colons copy in 2010. Every since ai have foul sewage like body odor. It can be smelled from like 50 feet away. As soon as I enter a room people start coughing and rubbing their eyes. I was tested for the genetic form if tmau. Test came back negative, is it possible I have the secondary form if tmau?

Thyroid. Thyroid glands cause our body to sweat. Kidney and liver dysfunction. The kidneys and liver help remove toxins from our system. Genetic Disorders. This needs further evaluation.
