What Causes Foul Smell In Urine And Tiredness?
Here for the past few weeks my urine smells like a dead animal, sometimes I smell it outside the bathroom, now with the foul smell it feels like something s trying to come out now it s really painful. I have no changes in my diet, I feel normal all except I can t sleep at night now an I always feel tired.

As you feel tired and having foul smell urine there is possibility of having some urinary tract infection.
Go for routine urine test for infection.
Another cause might be due to taking less amount of water producing scanty and concentrated urine.
Take plenty of water so that urine flow is well maintained.
