What Causes Foul Odour From Nose?
For past 3 months have had foul odor in nose. Ct scan showed slight inflammation in left sinus. Just finished 3rd antibiotic treatment. Smell went away after each round of antibiotic, but then returned. I also use a nasal cleanser 2-4 times per day. Had gotten green and yellow pieces from nose and now am getting only yellow. Mucous has been stringy and sticky. Unsure of what next steps should be. ENT suggests sinus surgery. Thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Recurrent sinusitis can be best treated with firstly excellent Nasal care for furhter recurrence,secondly with proper Antibiotic based on culture/sensitivity,it will be benificial for maximum people.
Surgery is indicated for failure after above,and complications.,also it is not 100% sure that reccurance will not occur after surgery. It is best decided by a specialist.
