What Causes Foul Breath After Removal Of The Gallbladder?

I had my gallbladder removed 3 weeks ago and my breath is extremely foul smelling. It does not apppear to be from my mouth/teeth but seems to be coming from my gut. It is so potent that my wife complains of the overwhelming odour in the bedroom of a morning.

might be having bile enzyme deficiancy and indigetion you have to take enzyme substitute take bland diet with less of oil.
