General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The foaming from the mouth is a partial transient alteration of consciousness level in terms of delirium due to over-consumption of alcohol. The same reverts back to normal with time slowly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Purva Patel, General & Family Physician
