What Causes Fluttering Sensation On Left Side Of Head And Dizziness?

having fluttering sensations on top of my head....left side (currently) Also, I was driving in a car about a month ago and was rear ended causing my head to jerk back and forth several times. Since this accident about a month ago I have had some pain, dizziness in the morning when getting up, burning sensations in back of neck generated to shoulder area. These problems are not constant but seem to be worse with exercise and looking down too much. I will be seeing a neurologist soon but want to avoid x-rays due to a history of other x-rays. I am thinking I would be best for me to get an MRI instead. I am hoping I can request this with my doctor and the other driver s Insurance Co. will pay in the end. Oops, this is not free. I made a mistake by asking for free help. Sorry.

I really appreciate your concern, it is almost moth gone since the accident happened so now the given symptoms may not be due that, but is advisable to get done the MRI and this is the best option you have to rule out every possibilities, but this is nothing to worry because given symptoms may not indicates any disease, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
