What Causes Fluttering Sensation In The Chest While On Zantac?

I have a hiatal hernia, esophagitis, acid reflux, Thyroid issues, ulcers,Was being treated with Prolosic for 32 years. They discovered my bones are hollow. So I am now on Zantac, 300 mg in the morning and evening. Which helps. My question, for several years, I have a fluttering in my chest that causes sweating and smothering. It wakes me up in the middle of the night. In 1999, I had a heart attack that left less than 50 % of my heart working. over the years I have took massive doses of vitamins, and finally they took me off all my heart meds because they appeared to have destroyed my immune system . There are scores of meds that I cannot take now.

Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the fluttering sensation in the chest is related to underlying stress, anxiety or cardiac dysfunction.
It is not related to intake of zantac for sure.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
