General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, there can be various possible issues associated with the fluttering sensation in chest and upper abdomen area such as:
- Developing arrhythmia or irregular heart sounds
- Gastric upset with hyper peristaltic movements of stomach and duodenum
- Biliary colic at times

However, a clinical examination is must for further proceedings and decide need of an ultrasound of the abdomen and pelvis, EKG or others.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
