What Causes Fluttering In Chest?

I have been feeling a strange fluttering in my chest all day. I feel a slight tightness at times and like something is pinching my airway making me feel breathless for a moment.
This has happened before but never this bad and this long.
I am a teacher so I had the school nurse check me out. She took my temp, felt around my neck, and listened to my chest and back. She said everything was fine.

This may represent anxiety or a panic attack. Monitor these symptoms closely and should this happen again, consider getting a baseline evaluation and a possible EKG by a doctor just to make sure there is nothing we are missing out on here.
