HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is possible that pus is present in the boils as well, meaning that an infection is present.

The use of magnesium sulphate paste can help to encourage drainage to occur, it tends to draw out foreign material/infectious material.
Anti inflammatory pain killers such as naproxen, voltaren, ibuprofen, would help to reduce the discomfort and swelling.

You can clean the area gently with a mild antiseptic as well and apply a topical antibiotic.

If there is no improvement, you may need to see your doctor. Oral antibiotics may be required.

I hope this helps
